Claude Gaudet, Ph.D. in andragogy (i.e.: adult education), president and senior consultant at
Forma Change inc., has been associated throughout his career with many large change management projects. Amongst others, he has completed a two year mandate with the
Société des Alcools du Québec (SAQ). He worked with the VSOP project team to implement an integrated
ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system in replacement of forty independent information systems. By providing all the departments of the enterprise with a common data bank on line and in real time,
VSOP was to change business practices for a little more than four thousand employees across the province.

Within a team of 185 people,
Claude has contributed to the design and implementation of the transition plan : definition of the services to be offered to the end users, design of the change management tools, illustration of the business process diagrams, impact analysis, determination of the change management targets, training needs analysis, validation of the change management training course content, assistance to the business processes owners with regards to communication plans to ensure that their employees understood in what, why and how
SAQ ought to change it's business practices.
Since 1990, he has also been actively involved as a change management and training consultant in the design and implementation of many other training solutions, methods and tools, purporting harmonious organizational change in the context of an
ERP implementation or a cultural transformation of the enterprise, notably at
VIA Rail Canada,
Bombardier,
Banque Laurentienne,
Cirque du Soleil, and at
Domtar where executives begun in 1996 to transform the organization according to their new management by commitment philosophy.
